Boards of Directors should be a source of strength for organizations, providing resources, leadership and helping to further mission. But more often than not, they drain resources rather than build them, or don’t have a role that faces the future. We’ll look at how community media organizations have reshaped their Boards, and look at the tools organizations need to develop and recruit healthy boards.
